BRAVE Moves is a monthly, in-person grief wellness gathering for bereaved mothers (miscarriage through adult child loss).

And now... we're bringing it to the Madison area.

BRAVE Moves isn’t about fitness or pushing through. It’s a gentle, grief-informed space to move with grief in a way that feels grounding, supportive, and empowering — together.

✨️ BRAVE Moves Madison's July Experience is Grief Yoga®️ on the Farm led by Michelle Kullmann, hosted at Sunset Acres Farm✨️

Join us on a beautiful private farm near Lake Mills, surrounded by goats, chickens, kittens, donkeys, and cows. Through gentle movement, breath, and sound, Grief Yoga® offers a supportive space to release tension, honor your grief, and reconnect with love, strength, and inner resilience.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle and your preferred mosquito spray.

Every registered attendee receives:
- A Bereaved Together journal
- Light refreshments
- A movement and wellness experience
- A supportive community of fellow loss moms who understand
- A pampering care package to take home

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up: choose to have your fee refunded, rolled over to use the next month, or donate it back to Bereaved Together to help cover the costs of the session and gift it forward to another grieving mom.

Registration is required (limited space to protect the sacredness of the room).
